What it is

A working session where we look at your actual plans, your selections, and the decisions in front of you. Then I tell you what you need and what you do not.

This is for you if

• You are planning a build or renovation and want the decisions right before they are permanent.
• You are already under construction and your builder needs an answer.
• You have one of my design guides and want it adapted to your actual house.

Already have one of my guides?

Bring it. A guide gives you the framework and the sequence. It cannot see your floor plan, your light, or the fixed elements you have already committed to. We use the session to apply it to your house and settle the calls the guide cannot make for you.

How it works

Book, then send me what you have. We meet online for 60 minutes and work through what is actually in front of you. Afterward you receive written notes with the direction we landed on and the order to work in.

What we can cover

Floor plan review and revisions. Selections and finishes. Undertone and material conflicts. Sizing and scale. Cohesion from room to room. Allowance review. Which decisions have to be made before which others.

After the consultation

Most people leave with what they need and go execute it. If your project calls for more, I will tell you what and roughly how many hours it takes. If it does not, I will tell you that too.
