Cali Coastal Whole Home Guide

The Whole Home Cali Coastal Guide

Your builder needs selections. You need them to feel like one house.

This guide gives you every room of a California coastal home, decided and sourced, so you are not researching 19 spaces one at a time and hoping they connect. It is 228 pages of coordinated selections, built by an interior designer and carried out by you.

What is inside

• The California coastal palette
• Whole home finishes: flooring, beams, limewash, doors, hardware and windows
• 19 spaces: foyer, living room, kitchen, dining room, outdoor living, office, five bedrooms, three baths, powder bath, laundry and mudroom, entertainment area, family lounge and home gym
• A splurge-ish and a save option for every room, with exact products, dimensions and finishes, so you can mix by room
• Furniture layouts and designer tips on clearances, pendant heights and the details people miss
• Shoppable lists and sample links
• Budget ranges and a project tracker
• Pages for second homes and rentals

A style for any coast

California coastal is a look, not a location. Limewash, white oak, natural fiber and honed stone work in Florida, the Carolinas, the Gulf, or anywhere the light comes off the water.

Right for you if you are building, renovating or furnishing a coastal home, second home or rental, and you are comfortable ordering on your own. It is not for you if you want someone to order, receive and install.
